Dr. Guillermo was fine but his staff was horrible. They made appointments but didn't tell me. They called to ask me how to fill out dissability papers. Then because I got frustrated with the mistakes they made they went to the Dr. and told him I was abusive toward them and he dropped me as a patient. I would not recamend anyone to this office unless the staff learn what accountablity and responcability are. Arthur Ray Nashville, TN.
