Thank you for keeping a blog worth indareg! People spend so much time sharing stuff that isn't important rather than what's at the root of it, the core of them. Thank you for sharing, thank you for saying what so many won't dare or worse, don't care to see. I find many of our institutions (through their people) miss the point and fail to see see how they affect the people and society around them. I also lived a crazy lifestyle, confused by the mixed messages and expectations: give 110% at work, 130% to family, and still have enough to be healthy and enjoy it. After repeated bouts of chronic illness, I finally started to find natural limits and finally learned to respect and anticipate them better and not end up sick as often. I am still trying to finally break out , to create my own environment, one preferable to others as well as myself, one in which people can say what they mean and feel without crazy over/under-reaction, that is, to be heard with compassion. I admit its more challenging than I anticipated and I find myself angry and frustrated often. I guess it will take a while until my own expectations adjust it's hard to think in French when you grew up speaking English! Again, thank you for sharing! It means a lot!
