The doctor herself is kind of brusque, uninterested and cold and not at all interested in discussion - the visit is entirely her writing a prescription and shooing you out of the office. That said, it is her completely incompetent staff that made me finally leave (there IS no on-site office staff, just someone who sounds like they're working from home). No call ahead of time. They have my records confused with someone else (who cannot have the same name as mine and certainly doesn't have the same ssn or dob). They don't publicize their phone numbers and so you can only contact them via email, which isn't always answered. They can't figure out how to electronically submit my medical charges to insurance but ALLLL my other doctors and health care providers (and there are many) seem to be able to do this with no problem. Wow. So incompetent.
